Hickory Smoked Turkey


We take delight in hand selecting each turkey to be smoked in our smokehouse for a perfect centerpiece on your table. Enjoy the hickory smoked goodness down to the last savory bite. For a unique twist, and a little extra, try our Smoked Southwest Turkey.

Care and Heating Instructions

Thaw your product in the refrigerator may take up to 3 days. Will keep 14 days refrigerated in original packaging or in the freezer 9 months. The turkey is fully cooked and can be served warmed or cold.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove from packaging and place turkey on a rack in a roasting pan. Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of pan if desired and cover with foil and heat for approximately 10-15 minutes per pound. Remove foil at 30 minutes. Remove from oven once heated and slice as desired.
