Our Standard shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week, excluding UPS shipping holidays.
Shipping Rates:
Weight will be determined by the complete packaged shipping weight. Ground shipping is only available within a UPS 2-day shipping range during cold months, 1 day shipping range during warm weather months.
Warm Weather Fee of $7 will apply to every perishable order between April 1 - Oct. 31. This fee is included in the shipping cost.
Custom Orders will have a Handling Fee of $5

Holiday Shipping Deadlines
To guarantee delivery by Thanksgiving, November 28th, 2024, orders must be placed by November 15th.
To guarantee delivery by Christmas, December 25th, 2024, orders must be placed by December 13th.

Shipping Information
You must provide a physical delivery address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please be certain your shipping address is current and complete prior to finalizing your order. If the address provided is incorrect, we cannot be responsible for any problems associated with the related delivery delay.
We will ship orders out as we receive them or as close to the customer’s requested ship date as possible. We try to ship most orders Monday-Wednesday to ensure the best quality control. Please see our UPS shipping map and shipping zones when choosing the best ship date for your items. Our customer service will contact you if we foresee any complications with your requested ship date. After two attempts to contact you, we will default a shipping date as close to your suggested day as possible.
Multiple items may be consolidated into the least amount of coolers/boxes for more efficient shipping. Additionally, large orders may be split into several boxes to provide you with the most efficient shipping method possible.
Gift Boxes are exclusive to the online store and not available in the retail store. Many of the same items are available in the retail store individually; however, the pricing may be different.
Tips to ensure a positive delivery experience:
- All orders are shipped as “Driver Release,” meaning the package will be delivered to the recipient’s address with no signature required.
- Please alert the recipient that a perishable gift is being delivered. The best way to do this is to provide the recipient’s email address during checkout. We’ll let them know when their package is on its way!
- Check that your shipping address is a physical address. UPS will not ship to post office boxes
Replacement/Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service at (866) 570-0315 or email info@miillers.com. We are happy to address your concerns. Should it be determined that an error was made by our fulfillment team or by our carrier, we can discuss options for resolution. We guarantee our products to arrive in satisfactory condition if correct addresses are provided. The purchaser will be charged for any replacement order if the package was not delivered due to an incorrect address, or if the delivery was attempted and recipient does not claim package and it is returned to us. We ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order of any concern and our team members will be happy to assist you. We promise to handle your request promptly and courteously.
