  • Regular Summer Sausage (~14 oz.)
  • Jalapeño & Cheese Summer Sausage (~14 oz.)

We are currently out of our smoked beef tenderloin. Please call to discuss substitution options. 

Care and Heating Instructions

Summer Sausage require refrigeration. They are fully cooked, ready to slice and serve.

Tenderloins are fully cooked and may be served hot or cold. If you want to serve warm preheat oven to 300 degrees. Thaw product, remove from packaging and wrap in foil. Place in pan and heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Slice as desired.

Thaw your Smoked Beef Prime Rib to room temperature. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove from packaging and place Prime Rib on a rack in a roasting pan. Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of pan if desired and cover with foil or lid. Using a meat thermometer bring the internal temperature to 125 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice to desired thickness.
