Custom Orders include "off the menu" items from our Retail Store. Our store front has so many options we can't feature as an everyday Mail Order product. Adding these items to your order takes extra time, care and packaging needs. We want to get you absolutely ANYTHING we can, but even Santa has his limits...thank you for your kindness, patience and understanding.
