Hickory Smoked Bone-In Honey Glazed Ham

Our fully cooked hams are cured and smoked slowly for the rich flavor of yesteryear. Our hams are also tenderized the old-fashioned way, naturally. Perfect as a gift or on your table anytime of the year. All of our hams are gluten free.
Care and heating instructions
Thaw your product in the refrigerator may take up to 3 days. Will keep 14 days refrigerated in original packaging or in the freezer 9 months. This ham is fully cooked and can be served warmed or cold.
Use the honey powder as a dry rub. Apply liberally to outside surface of ham making sure to coat enter ham. Apply as much or as little as desired.
To heat, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove from packaging and place ham on a rack in a roasting pan with 1 cup of water in the bottom of pan, cover with foil and heat for 10-15 minutes per pound or until 140 F. Remove from oven, let rest 15 minutes and slice as desired. Basting is encouraged to achieve preferred level of glaze.
