Care and heating instructions
Thaw your product in the refrigerator may take up to 3 days. Will keep 14 days refrigerated in original packaging or in the freezer 9 months. This ham is fully cooked and can be served warmed or cold.
To heat, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove from packaging and place ham on a rack in a roasting pan with 1 cup of water in the bottom of pan, cover with foil and heat for 10-15 minutes per pound or until 140 F. Remove from oven, let rest 15 minutes and slice as desired.
